Barbell Romanian Deadlift

Muscles Targeted:

  • One of my top exercises for hamstring isolation.

Form:

  • Keep a slight bend in the knee and lower the weight down.

  • Focus on pushing your hips back and feeling a stretch in the hamstrings rather than hitting a certain depth.

Rep Ranges:

  • This exercise works best in moderate to high rep ranges and with focus on the negative part of the movement.
