Chest Dips

Muscles Targeted:

  • This is a great body weight exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Form:

  • Lean forward and slowly decline while keeping your elbows stacked over your wrists.

  • Since the goal of this exercise is to target the chest, locking out the triceps is unnecessary.

Rep Ranges:

  • Body weight exercises can be performed at any rep range and if you’re looking to increase the difficulty try using a weight belt.
