Muscles Targeted:
This is a great body weight exercise that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Form:
Lean forward and slowly decline while keeping your elbows stacked over your wrists.
Since the goal of this exercise is to target the chest, locking out the triceps is unnecessary.
Rep Ranges:
Body weight exercises can be performed at any rep range and if you’re looking to increase the difficulty try using a weight belt.
