DB Romanian Deadlifts

Muscles Targeted:

  • The only difference between this exercise and Barbell Romanian Deadlifts is how you load the exercise.

  • The hamstring will be targeted more if the legs are straight, and the glutes will be  targeted more if the knee is bent.

Form:

  • Focus on pushing your hips back and feeling a stretch rather than hitting a certain depth.

Rep Ranges:

  • This exercise works in any rep range but make sure to put lots of emphasis on the negative part of the movement.
