Muscles Targeted:
The only difference between this exercise and Barbell Romanian Deadlifts is how you load the exercise.
The hamstring will be targeted more if the legs are straight, and the glutes will be targeted more if the knee is bent.
Form:
Focus on pushing your hips back and feeling a stretch rather than hitting a certain depth.
Rep Ranges:
This exercise works in any rep range but make sure to put lots of emphasis on the negative part of the movement.
