Incline Y-Raises

Muscles Targeted:

  • This is a commonly neglected exercise that targets the traps and rear delt.

Form:

  • Lie with your chest on an incline bench at a 30 degree angle.

  • Extend your arms out in the shape of a Y while pressing your chest into the bench.

  • Slowly return to the starting position.

Rep Ranges:

  • This exercise is great when used in moderate to high rep ranges and with lots of time under tension.
