Muscles Targeted:
Pull-ups are a compound movement that target the back and the biceps.
They are arguably one of the most rewarding body weight exercises in the gym and are known for building strong lats and biceps.
Neutral Grip Pull-ups, when compared to other variations, put less stress on the shoulders and activate the biceps and forearms more.
Form:
When performing this exercise it’s important to emphasize taking each rep through its entire range of motion.
Start by hanging from the bar, keep your chest up and pull yourself upward without letting the elbows flare out.
Descend slowly to emphasize time under tension.
Rep Ranges:
This exercise can be performed in any rep range but make sure to keep your form.
Adding weight is a great way to increase difficulty here.
