Muscles Targeted:
Banded Side to Sides or Tube Walks target the upper glute and the glute medius.
Form:
Perform one rep each side or walk laterally in a straight line.
The more you bend your knees the more the lower glutes will be involved.
Rep Ranges:
My recommendation is using these exercises as a warm-up or as the first or last exercises in a glute focused circuit.
